Vietnam food festival launched in Indonesia

 Vietnamese food festival is being held for one week at the Horison Bekasi Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. 
Spring rolls, beef and chicken noodle soup, peanut candy and other Vietnamese specialities are being introduced at the event, which is sponsored by the Horison Group.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Indonesia Nguyen Hoang An said the organizing of the gastronomy festival aims to help the two peoples better understand each other and boost the two countries' traditional friendship.

Two similar events will be held in Bandung from July 25-31 and Semarang from August 1-8.
