We are happy to report we had a very nice vacation to Vietnam and Cambodia.  We felt the service we were provided was great.  In particular, the leaders of travel Company in Vietnam and in Siem Riep both did an excellent and professional job.

We enjoyed our day on the Mekong very much. The drivers were skillful and courteous, and our escorts were enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and a good conversationalist. We enjoyed the short stopover at our BMW showroom, and thought that the lunch was excellent. It was a relaxing and peaceful day sailing along the canals and the river.

Gala Dinner was absolutely amazing time at that day we had. A big & very nice welcome banner for the whole group caught to the eyes so spectacularly. There was a thing we understand that can not be your fault. It was raining so heavy and it seemed the party couldn’t have been better as the traditional music & dance performance for us must be cancelled. Fortunately, rain stopped. The party would have been finished around 21:00 but lasting until 22:30. We really enjoyed the Vietnamese traditional music performance as well as our own activities.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the arrangements while we were in Vietnam & Cambodia. The arrangements were almost flawless.

We have come back from a long summer holiday in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand. We are very happy with the trip. We were impressed by people and beauty of the countries. It was a chance for us to discover the culture as well as customs and habits of them. We particularly like Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. The people are very friendly and hospitable. We are also pleased with the services by Vietnamtripadvisor Company. Although we are a big group with 100 teachers, we were taken care very carefully. Pick up was always on time and the itinerary was as our expectations. We were provided a detailed itinerary before traveling so we always prepared well for everywhere we went. We were arranged to stay very nice and clean hotels. Food was very hot and delicious. There were many kinds of food for us to choose. Everything seemed to be very perfect. We smiled very much during the trip. The trip was really our unforgettable memory. We learnt much about Asia from the trip and it is sure that we will many interesting things to tell our students. We would like to give a large thanks to Vietnamtripadvisor for everything. We will recommend you to others who want to have sụch a fantastic trip.

My wife and I have just returned to our home country in New Zealand after spending a great trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, Singapore and India. The trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was organised by vietnamtripadvisor.com. We had opted for a 4 star plus tour and were extremely pleased with what we got for our money. We were well looked after by very able guides from the time we arrived in Saigon till we left Phnom Penn. The transport and accommodation provided were of a very high standard and the meals and the site seeing were great. I would not hesitate to recommend using Vietnamtripadvisor to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia.

We are back in Switzerland now and I want to give you a short feedback on our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. We had a very good time in Vietnam and Cambodia and nearly all things went very well for us.

The first thing is guides and drivers. We had very good guides and drivers in Vietnam and Cambodia and also the boat crew on the mekong was excellent. We had a good time with all these people.

The second thing is excursions/sightseeing program. We could do all excursions we had booked. It went all very well except the boat trip in Nha Trang. Our guide could manage a change and we were very satisfied about that.
The third thing is hotels: Hotel in Ho Chi Minh: Windsor Plaza Hotel is an excellent hotel. Both Hotel in Da Lat: Novotel Dalat Hotel and Hotel in Nha Trang: Yasaka hotel are very good hotels. Hotel in Mui Ne: Romana Resort is aslo very good.

Cruise in Mekong: Song Xanh Cruise is really excellent. This is a very nice boat and an excellent service by the crew including the meals
Hotel in Chau Doc: Vivtoria Chau Doc Hotel and Hotel in Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh Hotel are excellent hotels.
The fourth thing is meals:  the meals were mostly very good. in Cambodia the guide arranged for us that we could have buffet lunch and dinner from the second day in Siem Reap. We were very satisfied about that. Generally the choice of restaurants was more variable and better in Vietnam than in Cambodia.

The last thing is organisation. All went very well and according your plan. We were very satisfied about this.
Overall the most things went to our satisfaction and according the booked program. So we had a very nice trip and I can recommend your services to other people.

My family and I took a trip to Hanoi, Halong Bay and Sapa end of November 2008.   I took a package from Vietnam TripAdvisor.com which I browsed thru the website and found that their services are very good and our trip are well taken care of.  Their tour guides provided in three different places are knowledgeable and seemed to be able to cater to our needs.  Their hotel booked are also nice and comfortable and very reasonable.  Checking in to the hotels are smooth-flowing, meals provided are suitable to our taste buds as well.

We were very happy and impressed with every aspect of our cruise . Your service and organisation was most efficient and helpful.  The Jasmine was very beautiful and very well appointed, the staff and guide most charming, and the food delicious.  Halong Bay is of course spectacular - a magic experience - we are so glad we booked for two nights and would very happily have made it longer.Maybe we will do it again one day, and if so I can assure you we will be in touch with you .
