We were very pleased with the arrangement in Vietnam. Everything worked out just as we had hoped . The guides and the drivers were all very good and the programme was very well put together, a good mixture of scenery, cultural buildings, old and modern history. The guides were very knowledgeable and informative and were able to answer all the many questions we had. The restaurants chosen were also very good and we enjoyed all the meals included in the programme. The hotels varied, but were fine for 3-star. The Asia hotel in Hué was excellent, . We realise that 9 days is not nearly enough to see Vietnam properly, but it gave us a very good idea of the country, and ideas as to where to spend more time next time. It was interesting for us to be there as everybody was preparing for the Tet holiday .. lots of traffic etc., but it was good to get a view of ‘real’ life, and the flowers everywhere were fantastic.
Once again, we were very satisfied with all the arrangements and we will recommend VietnamTripAdvisor to all our friends who are going to visit vietnam

We arrived home safely, but very tired, and spent yesterday recovering from the flight.
It was lovely to meet you & your colleagues at your office. We felt very welcome. Please tell you friends that you all made us feel quite at home. Thank you also for the gifts & meal that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was very kind of you to show us some of the real Vietnamese way of life.
We were very happy with the way you helped us plan & organise our trip to Vietnam & Laos and were very impressed with your quick email responses to all our questions & requests, & felt that we were dealing with a friendly & competent advisor, even before we met you.
This was the first time we had booked everything using the internet, & we were thrilled that everything went so smoothly, thanks to your help with booking Vietnam Airlines flights & modifying the Laos Treasures tour to suit our needs.
In Laos, our guide Phet & driver Huyn were terrific. The vehicle we travelled in was new & very comfortable & we were given a very good description of all the sites we visited. The accommodation was also first class & we had no complaints at all.
Our only suggestions that might help, is for you to list the tour/trip dates, & the corresponding itinerary & accommodation for those dates (as we did for the Laos tour) as soon as possible in your communications, to make it very clear to customers when & where they are going & what they will be doing. You might also need to make it clear that people will need to pay for their Laos visas when they arrive at the Laotian airport. We had to pay for these at Vientiane airport & we had thought we had already paid for them in the $70 paid to Andrew in HCMC. We were a bit confused about the $70 which was paid back to us in Laos, and although we were not worried about this, other people might be.
I have attached the photos taken at your office. Hope you like them & can find them useful to advertise your services.

My friend, Amelia, and myself had a wonderful time on your gorgeous Indochina Sails on 4th of September . The staff and services were absolutely amazing - really lovely people, who looked after us so well. Next time we hope that the sun will shine (instead of rain!), and that the large spanish party is not there (with their rude interpreter) - they were the only things that spoilt it a bit. And our driver got us lost on the way and the way back!

We came well home thru Malaysia and have been very busy since. But we promissed you a short report and comments on our beautiful trip thru your country and the two neighboring country. Here it is:
First we must thank you again for a well organized tour, showing many highlights. Also, we have to confirm that the tour guides you selected for us have been very punctual, very friendly and had sufficient knowledge of the place and customs to make us enjoy every day.
Huy for the Mekong Delta, Ensarun for Phnom Penh, long cawt for Siem Reap,Wenhi for Houen Xai to Loang Prabang, Khamtam in Vientiane, Khang in Hanoi, Minh in Lao Cai, Nhung in Hue and Anh in Ho Chi Minh City, all have been doing an excellent job.Some were very knowledgeable in history like Ensarun and Nhung , which is always very appreciated by us.
The hotels were very confortable during the tours.We can especially recommend the Asia Hotel in Hue for its friendly atmosphere, its situation on the Perfume river, its comfort and breakfast.
Victoria hotel on the Mekong is also to be recommended for the same reasons. Meals were mostly adequate, some excellent like the ones on the Huong Hai junk on the Ha Long Bay.
In Ankor, before entering the temple area, It was very intersting break for taking photo. and enjoy the sunset at Phnom Bakheng .
In a summary, we really enjoyed both the way yourself and your staff organized and followed up our tour, how you friendly treated us as customers, we met many other friendly persons along the trip, we discovered the sceneries and features of cultures that made our tour a permanent emotion that we still enjoy.

The Hotels were lovely… I would say that the Metropole was the best, then Le Residence (both) next best, then the Caravelle then the Victoria ….
We really loved the Metropole the most… it’s lovely and the location is great as well as the facilities and service.
Some of the highlights of the trip were Halong Bay … it was so beautiful… and we really enjoyed the flowers and wine and cake… it was very memorable.
Our experience on the Junk was breathtaking – the view, service, meals, kayaking, cave & village tour certainly impressed us all
Going to the markets was also great fun… the guides were great… very knowledgeable, accommodating and their flexibility was appreciated.
Our journey to Mekong Delta was long, however very worthwhile – visiting the delta villages and the floating market was fascinating
Combodia is very nice and miracle , especially Angkor Wat , Angkor Thom , Tonle Sap.....

I will definitely continue to speak well of and recommend you to all friends. Pertaining to Platinum Hotel, the hotel itself is well situated and tastefully decorated and equipped. One highlight however, should be brought up regarding the bathroom as the shower screen does not serve to prevent water from flowing out to the rest of the bathroom. Other than this, the staff friendly and the services readily available and this was a real asset to the group. The free use of Internet broadband at the business centre was also very helpful and I hope this remains in times to come. Our experience in Halong Bay on the Junk was breathtaking – the view, service, meals, kayaking, cave & village tour certainly impressed us all. We believe that Pilgrimage Village Resort was a beautiful place to stay and once all of the building is fully completed will be the perfect quiet resort. We especially loved the Whale Island Resort Experience – the children enjoyed ‘windsurfing’ and we all enjoyed the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle. The Red Bridge Cooking School was great, not only did we learn how to cook Vietnamese style, we also had plenty of fun doing it!! The visit to the SOS orphanage and school was loved by all, for us it was inspiring to see the work that SOS is doing for the orphans – we felt blessed to have the opportunity to visit these smiley happy children and hopefully we brought a small amount of joy to them as well. (it was a very worthwhile part of our journey in Vietnam ). Our journey to Mekong Delta was long, however very worthwhile – visiting the delta villages and the floating market was fascinating. I know there is even more to mention – however I’ll leave that to some of the others who traveled as well…. I’m sure they will be happy to give you their special highlights!
