Phu Tho approves plan to organise Kings Hung Festival

The Phu Tho provincial People’s Committee has approved a plan to organise the Kings Hung Festival from April 3-7 (the 6th to 10th day of the 3rd lunar month).

After the incense offering ceremony of Lam Thao District on April 5 (the 8th day of the 3rd lunar month), the province will hold a solemn incense-offering ceremony in honour of the Kings Hung with the participation of State and Government leaders, representatives from ministries and agencies, as well as local people on April 7 (the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month).

During the festival, a wide range of sports and cultural activities will be held at the Kings Hung Temple, Lam Thao District and Viet Tri City.
