European Food Festival Hanoi 2005

To celebrate 15 years of relations between Vietnam and the EU, EuroCham will host an European Food Festival Hanoi 2005 on May 14th in Hanoi.

This special event will be held at Cleverlearn English Language Centre, 2C Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound, Hanoi, from 5pm to 10pm. With the participation of EuroCham Board members, ambassadors, representatives of Vietnamese authorities, EuroCham members' organizations, hotel senior staff members, European restaurants from Hanoi and cultural and art organizations of EU nations, plus NGO's, this culinary event will feature European cultural exchanges, cuisine, beverage and live music.

The European Food Festival will include numerous activities, especially concerning food, with various food tents designed to match each country's most notable characteristics, live cooking presentations by chefs from Hanoi's premier hotels - creating special dishes - and a number of fun contests, including "Fastest Eater", "Smell the Food", "Guess the Food Origin" as well as children and family games. A sumptuous buffet will be accompanied by drinks including European wines and music performances including a Flamenco Band.
