Chinese carrier announces changes in flight schedules to Vietnam |
|
Shanghai Airlines has announced changes to its flight schedules between Ho Chi Minh City and Shanghai which it claims will increase passengers’ convenience. Starting January 1, flights will depart the southern Vietnamese metro 1:10 am and arrive in the Chinese city 6:10 am Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. They will set off in the opposite direction 9:00 pm and arrive 11:55 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The adjusted timetable will allow package tourists to China one more day for sightseeing while cutting down one night at hotels. Besides, reaching Shanghai earlier will make it easier for non-package tourists to catch flights to other Chinese cities including Beijing. Shanghai Airlines is one of China’s major international carriers. Reported by T.Q.H. – Translated by Ngoc Hanh |
