Nghe An cutural festival

Nghe An provincial People’s Committee to announce a cultural festival of Vietnamese ethnic groups to be held in Nghe An Province from May 15th -21st in a press briefing held in Ha Noi on May 9th

Many activities, including art performances, exhibitions of traditional costumes and exchanges will take place during the event. The festival aims to strengthen the great national unity and preserve traditional cultural values and achievements of Vietnamese ethnic minorities. This will contribute to building cultural life for ethnic people and all regions in Vietnam and is inline with the Party’s policy on great national unity according to Ho Chi Minh’s ideology.

The festival is also held to mark the 115th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth according to the Instruction of the Prime Minister on important political events in 2005.
